Chris Sorensen
Owner
Sorensen Entity Services LLC is led by Chris Sorensen, who earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Whether forming an LLC, dissolving a DST, or securing a registered agent, Chris and his team provide prompt customer service and competitive pricing.
Along with providing entity services, Chris serves as an independent trustee and Delaware trustee for Delaware Statutory Trusts, an independent manager for Delaware corporations, and an independent director or springing/special member for Delaware limited liability companies.
He has served as an independent director, manager, or trustee on commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $2 billion and is consistently approved by CMBS lenders.
Laura Frizzell
Chief Operating Officer
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Laura started with us full time in 2021 and is the heart and soul of our company. She manages all aspects of company operations, service orders and ongoing entity maintenance. Her positive personality, prompt responsiveness, and years of experience in the space make her a trusted resource for our clients.
Michael Sorensen
Client Relations/Business Operations
Michael started part-time in 2025 and became a full-time member of the team in 2026 after graduating with his Business & Analysis degree from Utah Valley University. His good nature and value-add mindset make him a key part in new client relations and in building long-term partnerships. He also handles all aspects of client accounts and invoicing, along with helping with daily orders and operations.
